If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
You were banned because this account was caught hacking (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198208325677) and then you connected from the same IP address.
It seems like you were using a VPN to connect at that time, which was also used by the hacker.
