Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
As far as I can tell, I was banned for my ip address:

LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP 104.245.144.238

That is not my IP address (current IP is 98.248.19.19) and I do not understand how it caused me to be banned. I have followed all of the other server rules as I understand them (I am polite in game, I don't spam, I don't constantly change my nickname, I don't spray anything at all, and I play to advance the team not horse around). Please help me understand the reason why I was banned so I can become unbanned. Thank you.

Only for work. Perhaps I did not disconnect from that before logging on. I feel sheepish. Is there no way to get unbanned then?
 
Your story checks out so I'll unban you. Don't use VPN's to get on Skial anymore since most of them are banned due to hackers using them to dodge IP bans.
