Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
The first time i played on skial was with my friend few months ago and i was joining the server and it said i was banned ok.... 1 month later i go there with my friend and im not banned so i play there a bit and i only play there with my friend like once in a week and now today i came in the server again with my friend and it says you were banned so i go check it out and says some kind of crit/spread violat? i dont even know what that means ive never been banned from steam or any other tf2 server and i obviously wasnt breaking any rules so im questioning is anyone using my name on the server so my real ip is (dont wanna give it here but will give it to a skial admin so i dont get ddosed or anything else...) and the other one is 89.164.209.201 so i think i got punished for nothing

Your were banned by SMAC for hacking. SMAC is automated and it bans by steam ID and ip address, so even if another guy was running around with your name it wouldn't confuse it for him.

SMAC isn't wrong. If it detected hacks, you were hacking.

As for your steam ID being changed, the only thing you can do is change your custom ID, the UID32 and the steamID64 will not be changed.
