Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I don't know what this is about, but I've never cheated on any of your servers. Changing my steam id gets me a perma ban? I know this ban was a while back, but this confuses me.​

Can someone at least give me an explanation what this is?

A throw away account made for hacking got banned on your IP and because of that your account was automatically banned for connecting to that IP. Since it's clear the account was made for hacking since it has a VAC ban and only has TF2 we are not unbanning and your account is the only other account associated with that IP we are not unbanning either accounts.
