I got muted for three days yesterday due to "vote abuse" for an attempt to vote-kick Cooldoge. I find this strange because just before this, Cooldoge said "If you don't like someone, or don't like what they are saying, vote-kick them. Vote-kick me if you want." I believe that this conversation is in the demo that Cooldoge recorded yesterday. I would encourage the "higher authority" of Skial to watch this video (and grab some popcorn) to see just how incompetent some of your administrators can be.​
 
I said you can try to vote ban me, but I also told you it would be voteabuse and you would be silenced. It's not my fault you do not listen to what I say. Enjoy your silence.
 
I don't really use the votemenu so this is probably irrelevant but the only two voteban reasons I know of are 'spam' and 'racism', and CDAWG was doing neither. Therefore, you had no reason to call a vote against him and when there is no valid reason for a vote, that is considered vote abuse.

I admire your research. However, yes, this mute is unjust because it wasn't for spam or racism, it was for "vote abuse", and you have no argument that I don't take the system seriously. If Cooldoge wanted to mute me he should have done it for the reasons you listed above, not because he was about to be vote-kicked from his own server (which got over 80% approval, by the way). I assume that you weren't able to find any information to verify Cooldoges claims above, so, in the future, I recommend that you hold your admins accountable for their mistakes instead of trying to blindly cover their asses. Since you weren't present during this incident, I would appreciate it if you kept to yourself. :)
 
Simple. You abused the votemenu. It is not a toy to be used for your own quarrels with people.

There's no mistake on our part here if you are saying racial slurs, spamming and using the votemenu against people not breaking the rules. Those are all actions punishable via silencing. While CDAWG does tend to be a tad crass when warning people about breaking the rules, you're still expected to follow them like everyone else who joins a Skial server.
