Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

It says I have a proxy enabled ,but I am just using my phone's wifi due to the fact that I do not have wifi where I currently live. It's done this a few times actually.​

You should read his two sentence post where he says he's not using a proxy, but is tethering.

You should still be able to connect with a Verizon wireless IP but you have to meet other criteria, since people use it to hack and get a fresh IP by just restarting their phone. Your profile's public so I assume it blocked you for having 0 minutes played the past two weeks.
