so i was talking about racial slurs with someone in a civilized manner. did i offend someone? Anyways, some guy was dropping the N-bomb around directing it at people. I merely stated slurs that i didn't direct at anyone.

So my appeal was invalidated before I could explain anything? When half the time people in VC are getting 30 minutes for spamming the N-word at people? I guess that's not racist at all amiright? Yeah like the guy saying he was selling his 13 year old sister's nudes, oh and the other guy saying he could get your social security from just your name. I definitely did way worse than them to get a 24 hour chat ban. Thanks man :)

Explaining the rules to someone and explicitly saying the racist words does not exempt you from the rules.

If you're hearing people sell child pornography, please record a demo and make a report.

The rules do not state: "If you're talking about racial slurs in a civilized manner, it is okay."

The rules state, "You cannot say racial slurs."

We will gladly punish the other people you're mentioning, please provide demo or chatlog proof and report them in the reports section of the forum.

He was not targeting someone in particular or used it in a negative way.

I agree with you dude. I too hear this kind of idiots bullying on chat, specially on voice chat, and most of them are from the team or donors.
And when you do try to report it, they gang up , report you and you get banned instead.
I dont see any wrong doing here. and i read all the chat transcript.

Admin just wanted to flex a little.

The post that was deleted under my post stated that the second part of the racism rule made it okay to say racial slurs if they were not targeted.

Let's read the rules again, it says "You may use the term nigga without negative words or stereotypes."

That means you can say "nigga" if you don't say it with negative words around it.

Which means you can't say "dumb nigga" or "bad nigga" or "shit-ass nigga"...etc.

It does NOT mean that you can say other racial slurs, whether they are targeted, or whether they have a negative word around it.

NO where does the rules say that you can say racial slurs if they're not targeted or negative.

The ONLY racial slur that you can say is "nigga," IF and ONLY IF you don't say it with negative words around it.

Last I checked, "chink" or "cholo" is not the word nigga.

Which is the ONLY racial slur allowed on Skial.
