i would like to know why i was banned as i have followed the rules on your own page about about another player who was griefing (mic spamming) other players in my opinion as a former =CK= CSS admin and in your own rules it says it will be left to a server vote and dose not say what vote it has to be. and there is a vote ban option for griefing so i thought i was in the right and the person who reported me did not explain to me that he was going to report me so i did not stop to explain my self properly as i was helping my team out at the time and the person who reported me was not on red team so he did not hear the griefing and other people tried to explain what went on and he would not listen

hope you can help as i have been a loyal player on your server and do like and get on with other player

Different people have different definitions of micspamming. If they have a bad microphone but aren't outright spamming, a client mute is in order. If they are genuinely and knowingly spamming, then you can call for a mute.

If you have evidence that they were micspamming, please post it and we can mute the appropriate player. For now, your silence was valid.
 
If I may add, the griefing option is for things like: friendlying, exploiting, aiding the enemy, etc. similar
Micspamming should never be tried as a vote ban, only a vote silence. Hope this helps!
