Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
Dear sir/madam,

I was banned a while ago for using a VPN. Unfortunately at the time, I did not know proxies were a bannable offense, and I was in University at the time so there were so some areas that were restricted which I required a VPN to use.

I am wondering if it is possible to have this ban lifted, however, I do understand the Admin's decision to keep this ban.

You were banned because this below account was caught hacking and then subsequently connected via the same VPN IP address as you back in 2017 so your account was banned too. According to your IP info, it is a hosting/VPN IP address, and given your account does not appear connected to the original hacking account, I will unban your account but the IP address will remain banned so if you connect via the same IP address your account will be banned again.
