A demo was recorded of you and three other people being friendly at the blu side of the map. You were not banned 4 times, 4 people were banned 1 time. You were a red heavy, standing around asking the other heavies for sandwiches, trying not to get shot by the mini sentry occasionally put out by the blu engie who was also being mostly friendly. You can download the demo and see for yourself in the link Prophet provided above, but I think you already are aware of this as you claim to be banned 4 times even though clicking on the ban link
you provided yourself only yields one entry in sourcebans. The only way you know 4 bans are involved at all are because 4 people are named in the report against you. That sounds like you're trying to twist facts for some reason and you know more than you're letting on.
You were reported at the time you were on, but no admin was available at that time to look into the report. I looked into it when I was available and doled out the punishment accordingly. If people are being friendly on 2fort, especially if the server is at or near capacity, feel free to report it as there could be people who actually want to play but are stuck in queue because of friendlies. For future reference here's the rule in question:
- Refusing to help advance your teams position for a long time (usually known as Friendlying)

Despite the fact you seem to be trying to twist facts with your "banned for the same thing 4 times" and "most of what I could of done is put a sentry near some friendly people" when you were actually a heavy, If you understand that friendlying is against the rules, and read and agree to the rest of the rules here:
