I was banned for a "smac code" I have no idea what that is, I just want to play with my friends again. Is there anyway to fix this problem?​

Normally I'd be very happy to discuss things with the public. On this occasion, unfortunately we will not be able to discuss this one as it's a tool we use behind the scenes we don't want leaking out.
