A lot of people we're complaining about CEO Of Drugs being annoying in chat and talking a lot of trash in chat so I called a vote to have him silenced because no one wanted to hear him complain and 75% of the server agreed.

But then he just calls an admin and I'm silenced for a day and he just leaves the server after he gets what he wants? His entire steam profile is centered around him being toxic.

Being annoying and trash talk isn't against the rules.

Since you don't understand the rules of our servers, you can sit the silence out

Can't link to Skial rules but it's there if you look.

Regardless I'll take the silence knowing I made the server a better place silencing an annoying player, if you were to look at the logs plenty of people weren't a fan of someone sitting in spawn complaining the whole time. annoyance ≠ spam

If you are being annoyed by a player that is not breaking the rules, I suggest using !ignore the player for vc or you can client mute them or vc and chat
 
Even in his post reporting me (Which I can't link), there are 2 people in the screenshot who didn't want this guy in the server, and a few more.
At this point I've said to check the logs 3 times counting this one, this guy was not wanted in the server, people we're tired of him typing shit so I made the vote.

Regardless of !ignore or mute many people didn't want him in the server, I didn't even say anything I just made the vote because it was more efficient than listening to everyone complain about him.

The most you can do is simply ignore him/her. I’m sorry that there isn’t much I can do. I looked through the logs of the player and all I see is toxicity which as we said before is not again the rules. If you’re not happy having the see players complain you can hide chat as well.
 
Also, I don't know if this will help but for the same reason I voted for spamming because filling the chat with negativity seems just.

You can also see his track record as phantom has muted him for a day for spamming along with other votegags for the same reason.
 
Clearly there's some favoritism going on, so if this guy is allowed to say faggot every other sentence then i'm allowed to create a bind that says it every time I die, clearly I see what kind of community your running here now.
