Hello my family use the same wifi but uses different accounts and this caused us to be ip banned. It would be nice to finally try the server out. I can't provide evidence but you can try looking through most accounts as it usually have friends, games, or other tf2 communities.​
 
Sorry but to prevent anyone from your family to hack again, the IP will remain banned. Enjoy other servers!
