Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

First off, let me give some background information. I don't have home internet, so when I need to use the internet, I go to a nearby wifi hotspot. One day, I wanted to play some koth_harvest, so I went to one of my favorite servers, the skial 24/7 harvest one. But it said that I was banned. I looked up the ip of the hotspot, searched it into skial bans, and I found the username of the hacker. I don't know who this hacker is, or what you can do about it, but can you please unban my account? I don't even really know why I'm banned...​

The account that was banned, Virusbootleader.exe doesn't have his Steam Profile set up and has VAC-bans as well.

I checked your IP and also found this account, which is in your friendlist and has connected to some servers simultaneously with you.

The account that was originally banned is obviously and alt-account, created for cheating purposes.

Um. The account on my friends list, the account that has connected to some servers simultaneously with me, is my brother.
Also, I clicked on Virusbootloader.exe link, but I could only see that it was private. I don't know anything about this guy.
I have never cheated, on my account or on an alternate account.

I don't see any evidence that the ip is public. If you can prove that it is, I will unban your steamID but not that ip.

I've been trying to think of how to do just that, but nothing comes to mind. Is there any way I can prove that an ip is public?
