Hello there, i recently got gagged or muted for saying racial slurs such as n word, i really didnt mean to say the n word i was just mad at someone, i never say such racial slurs as that ever this is the only time i say it accidently when i'm mad, its 1 month which is really alot please unblock me and i promise i wont say any racial slurs ever​

How is it the fourth offense? Going by punishments, there are four lines but only two events - one for vote abuse and one for racism. Should this not be a three day ban as opposed to a month?

What two bans? Unless there is an alt, all I see from the link is:

1. Vote menu abuse (with a chat silence and voice mute); and
2. Racism (with a chat silence and voice mute).

He has 2 bans and 2 mutes by sniffy, feral, and jerma, up to 4 punishments is usually one month, feral or sniffy probably forgot to set the correct one or kept it like that on purpose.

Punishment lengths go: 1 day --> 3 days --> 1 week --> 1 month --> 3 months --> permanent.

So for the 4th offense, you have used your 1 day, 3 day, 1 week, so it is up to 1 month now.

If you acknowledge that you broke the rules AND you acknowledge that you READ and LEARN the rules, and you acknowledge that this is your 4th offense, I will lower the silence down to 2 weeks.

But if you break the rules again, your next punishment will be for 3 months or longer.

And finally, you keep calling it a ban. It’s a silence. You can still play the game, you just can’t talk.
