There was a guy called Adam Sandler and he was spamming the vote option to turn off All Talk. After awhile pretty much every one in the server was fed up and two people called a few votes on him that didn't pass.​

Then someone (I think Fluttershy) voted to mute and gag him and it passed, but an admin (Edit: His name was Chuckwaggon) came along and tried to vote All Talk off and me and a friend (Lord of Darkness) told him to stop following Adam's steps and he silenced both of us for vote spamming even though WE never even used the vote option the entire time. At least I think my friend didn't.​

Though I did try twice another vote came up before I could finish it.​
 
First of all there is a cool-down for all votes so it really is not possible to 'spam' votes.

I came to the server because he made a report about vote abuse. He said that he was having false votes called on him because he tried to turn all talk off. So when I came I called a vote to turn all talk off to see what would happen. You and your friend told me that you would mute or ban me just like you did to Adam Sandler. You claimed to be breaking the rules, so I silenced you.I silenced you for vote abuse which is for calling votes that are not justified. You claimed that you voted to silence him for 'spamming' votes, but then you tried to do the same thing to me and I had only called one vote.

It seems as if it is not the spamming part but the fact that he was trying to turn all-talk off and you and your friends didn't want it off. It really irks me when a group of people think that they can run a server because they have the numbers to silence or ban someone that they don't like or isn't going along with them. There is only one person that runs Skial servers and his name is Bottiger.

With that all being said, I will remove the silence because you didn't call any votes. Even though you claimed to in an attempt to bully me before you knew that I was an admin. But I think the 3-ish hours that you have been silenced is enough of a punishment for that.
 
It's just that every ten minutes or so he would call the vote and people were getting annoyed by the pop up, a few people said they died because they couldn't switch weapons because of it. All Talk is always on that server (it's the only one I play) and I've played with Adam on it a few times, I thought he was trolling. We just wanted to stop him from voting for half an hour so we could have some peace.

Thank you for reading and doing that. I didn't know how long I was going to be silenced and left before I thought to double check.
