Resolved Appeal: BlackDown

  • If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
You were tracing invisible spies and having some suspicious shots.

I just watched it again and name a few of the ticks I mean:

14600 - backwards aiming at the spy on the ledge
21500 - The kill just seemed very off on the spy again. But given he uncloaked at the same moment you shot him.
30400 - You traced the invisible spy again, that's at the end of the demo and that was actually the proof that was solid for me. There was nothing else that was there to cause that loose stick on the spy.

I welcome the other admins to watch it, and if not good enough, I will remove it of course. But I am absolutly sure your aiming is off.

My spy check strategy:

1. Hear for disguise sounds.
2. Look for people doing "weird" things.
3. Look if the graphel hook has the enemy color (Colors of graphel hooks not change even if the player is disguised)
4. Damm. I'm an sniper, It's natural stop and do spy checks. Every sniper should do (even we have specific items for counter spies)

There is no cheat, just player experience
 
This guy made a lot of trouble on orange yesterday. BlackDown joined the game and gained something like 150 points and 8 dominations in 30 minutes which is nuts because some people that were also playing on the same server for 30 minutes had like 40-50 points tops. He killed a lot of people and that's why everyone started to suspect that he had a triggerbot or aimbot. Plus, he killed spies which were standing still cloaked. They never uncloaked and just waited for him to lose his attention to kill him later. But he still saw invisible spies and killed them.

People tried to vote him out of the server 3 times and did not succeed. Later I asked Hatsune Miku to call someone as she was busy. But BlackDown made a lot of mess so far and probably saw that people were trying to ban him and disabled the hack. That's why I wrote in chat "did he disable his shit" or something like that.

Then T-Wayne banned him and said that he was still tracing me while I was invisible but did not kill me. I don't know, maybe he is skilled in playing sniper but not SO skilled to see cloaked spies.
 
I've to say yesterday no has been my best day. I only did a KD ratio of 3. I usually try to keep a KD ratio higher than 5.

Note most spies are disguised and wait close to the health restore. Its frecuent go for health and impact with his body and reveal the shape.
 
Yeah they do and while I agree on most of your points. Man, you had 8 dominations and 150 points in a matter of 30 minutes... that's suspicious and cannot be called just "luck". Anyway, that's not for me to decide whether you cheated or not. Many people who were playing there went to spectate you and first said you did not cheat but then you started killing invisible spies and after that they called you out on that.
 
I'm human, I'm tired after a while of minutes and very tired (and angry) of read chat messages against your person. As I say always, don't blame others, just learn to play and play better. Because I'm not a cheater, the only way to death less its to be a better player.
 
I'll agree with you on that but again, that's not up to me to decide if you were cheating or not. Admins will decide it
 
Alright, I have had 2 other admins check it and both of them came to the agreement of it being a negative.
I will immediatly unban you right after this post and thank you for your patience and hopefully understanding.

All that's left is that I want to apologize as it seems i falsely kept you banned for the day, and although it should not happen.. it can happen. Therefore I am sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused here for you.

I hope you will return to our servers and keep playing there as you did before this incident. Thanks alot for your understanding and happy gaming back on Skial :)
