Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Hi there.
I have been perm banned from all skial server for almost 2 years now.
Back in the time i never bothered to look why i am banned.
But now i want to know why i got banned in the first place and if it was justified.

the IP address was permabanned for the reason "Proxy IP"

since the the initial ban was lifted, I'm lifting the same IP bans placed on other accounts banned for "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned"
