He was banned out for no reason. They kept spamming to vote out on skial. he just got banned, permanently. what's with the admins tho? Why do they let this happen? They just kicks and bans people for no reason at all?

What do you mean "he" was banned? Are you appealing on his behalf? He needs to make his own appeal. He was banned by the console (READ: automated, not by a human) for connecting from a blacklisted IP (one that was used by a hacker). It has nothing to do with any votes or spamming.
