Hello, really not sure why I've been banned from skial servers as I have played multiple years on them! The only difference in my recent use has been using "GEOFORCE NOW" (a cloud gaming service) to access steam, tf2, and skial servers. I use this service as I only have a laptop now instead of my previous owned built desktop.

Just to add, I saw one post on the "SMAC NX1" reason related to an auto fire button on the persons mouse. I do not have a gaming mouse with that (and honestly, have no idea what it even is). I use a regular wired mouse.

Hey @Jermaphobe, thanks for responding so quickly. Agree that cheaters should not be unbanned and understand that you have to use your best judgement. Of course, you can't tell if i'm telling the truth however, it stinks that a false positive for cheating is a "Guilty till proven innocent" process and results to a permanent ban of access. Nonetheless, in retrospect, thank you for all the work that you and your team have done to support Skial.
