Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I was 13 at the time, I frequented your servers on and off for most of my beginning tf2 experience. One day I logged on and I was told I had been banned, I then stopped frequenting most community servers for a while in fear of getting banned for an IP issue I had no clue how to fix. I wish to get my wrongful IP ban appealed,
