Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I would like to be unbanned due to the fact that I was using a program on Steam called WTFast in an attempt to remedy my inconsistent connection problems. I was not aware this program would cause me to be immediately banned from your servers. I have played this game for a long time, most of my time spent on your servers, so I would very much appreciate it if you would unban me.

207.198.105 is not his home network.

And considering the other two people using 207.198.105.92 have WTFast in their Steam libraries, he is probably telling the truth.
