Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Last I checked playing music on idle wasnt a bad thing, as for the chat spam I wasnt really spamming it up. The things I say are macros tied to kills and deaths and dont always display on every death or kill. Been doing it for months and never been reported for it.

Asking for a lift please since this is pretty much bogus.

And as for mic spam its normaly down to the admin some insta ban some wait for a vote cast, but you was playing constantly music and looking at your sb profile you had hella lot of silences put on you for spam.

Like I said before, its a macro so I dont have any real controll over it. After all these updates its been through it kinda does its own thing. Everywhere else I've been everyone has been ok with it so I never really removed it or fixed it or anything, I also didnt make this so I cant just go in and fix it. Can we comprimise if that I remove this entirely that I get a lift or shortend term.

You need to disable it then or you'll just keep getting silenced

Is why I haven't. Even in the past noone was ever upset over it up until now. The only reason one or two votereports passed was cause I was the second vote in for them. Read the ingame chats from there and the person who votereported me in asks if anyone else agrees with him and there are no responses or agreements towards him.

We don't overturn silences and bans based on how people felt about the rulebreaking.

I'm sure there's a way to disable what ever it is you did. I don't know what exactly you did so I couldn't tell you, but I highly doubt what ever it is is permanent. Any macros can be undone and any custom stuff can be uninstalled.

Yeah it can be uninstalled and what im hoping here is that there can be a comprimise here if I do so. The reason why I haven't in the past is because no one ever has had an issue with it even on these servers up until now. Hence the comprimise. It's not like I do this to be directly defiant with you people, I know its hard to believe but people actually like it lol

You was warned and kicked from the server because of your binds and told you get a comblock by another admin which you now have so this no one complained is nothing but lies, With that in mind maybe the block should remain give you a clear message to fix that bind you have or macro.

If you want to be a DJ them get a shoutcast stream and do it that way Voice coms are meant for team / combat talk and talking not playing music not to mention the copyright violations do you have a licences with the record labels?

Sorry could you better rephrase what you said I'm not able to understand what you said, also playing copyrighted music isnt against the rules on games. If that were the case you guys would of been in trouble years ago, also the music I was playing was not copyrighted it was self made music by Filthy Frank. Yes he does have some songs that are parodied from major music companies but I dont play that. I could give a sample of what I was playing if needed. Also I was never warned about my macro from any other admins, the only time I was warnned by an admin over binds was in a hale server quite some time ago. Playing music on the idle server is not against the rules last I checked regardless.

Why is this still being argued? Spamming is against the rules, micspam no but your chat is clustered so there's really no way around this. Here's the compromise, uninstall your macros and Sakiko might lift your silence (up to Sakiko). Don't wanna uninstall them? Guess you also want to wait the month as well, right? If your macros are still installed, you're still spamming and we don't care how much you like them, if they're breaking the rules, you're going to keep getting punished for it, is that clear?
