I was trying to mute this one person who constantly spammed his mic, after several votes, I called for one and instead got muted for a day, its not fair that i try to help everyone and end up getting the hammer. RMSniper muted me.​

The player was not spamming. 3-5 other people tried to mute him before you. I began to issue silences then for that votemenu abuse, as none of the votes were passing, yet people were continuing to try the votemenu command. You were the first. No other silences have been issued as everyone stopped once they noticed that first votemenu abuse silence. If you see votes not passing, chances are the server agrees he is not breaking the rules.

If you will agree that you understand what you did, and you will not abuse the votemenu, then I will be happy to lift your silence, especially given this is your first silence in over a year. :blush: However, I was in the server, which you recognized ("we hav an admin"), and I did not find his spamming silence-able at that moment. It was more worthy of you typing "!ignore snipeit" than a ban vote.

EDIT: This post has changed my mind. Your 3 day silence will remain.

Then again, there were several trolls, the vast majority wanted silence.

He was talking. Yes, he likes to talk a lot. As I mentioned, it was borderline spam. I came very close to muting him several times, but he started to knock it off (this was after you left). He wasn't "griefing", though. Additionally, you voted to ban him, not silence him. Microphone spamming is not treated with bans.
