Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
To be honest, I myself do not know why I was banned. 2 years ago I quit playing and decided to return. There were bots everywhere, but I thought I could always go to the community servers and relax there. Suddenly discovered that I was banned cause
LINKED: New IP from banned STEAMID. I do not understand. I ask you to unban or at least just explain the reason in more detail.
I didn't even do anything, I had an old account, but I abandoned it a long time ago and am playing on this account.
I was banned for a multi-account?

You were banned for connecting from the same IP as a cheater we caught. Given that the only accounts coming from that connection are a VAC banned throwaway, another likely throwaway account, and yours, it looks like this was probably you using alternate accounts so as not to get your main banned. But then again, given that your main also has a VAC ban, that didn't seem to work out too well.
 
my old account was hijacked many years ago, I don’t know its fate. If you are talking about the VAC ban, then it only concerns CS 1.6 in the TF, I don't have it. That is, I will fail to play

Oh it was hijacked but still managed to cheat on your connection huh? That's not how that works...
 
I just assumed that it was hacked since I abandoned it many years ago and I don't know what happened to it. Can I somehow prove that I did not use cheats or is this a useless conversation?
 
There really is no way to prove you didn't, especially since you took this long to appeal.
