AP over 4000 not granting total auto balance immunity

from the picture you can see I have just been auto balanced on to red mid game with over 4000+ ap which is the required amount for auto-balance immunity. this happend twice to me on skial's eu payload. not sure if this has been a problem for a while but it is quite annoying.
