Dude. Do this. Make another account, then befriend your new account and current account. Put money in new account, but Upgrade To Premium pack from ingame store, use it, then pick yourself from friends list. DONE.

No. When a user upgrades to a premium account by a purchase from the store, he will have the option to select a player from his friendlist or the current server he's on that will recieve the glasses. Of course there's always a bigger chance to recieve the glasses if you help a new player, but that isn't in any way mandatory.
