This all started yesterday (as of making this report) because I had called out peter for running from spycrabs on his main account (his main: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198428771445). He kept trying to defend himself and Anub stepped in to back him up because I came in just "shit talking" him as soon as he joined, despite having proof (you can also check peter's current account and main account for negative trusts regarding running from crabs, as well as the SteamRep reports prior on his main which have video evidence with his voice). We argued for a while, and in dms between me and Anub, it got heated, and eventually it settled down. Today, I come on and try to advertise my stuff and get harassed by these 4 people, and get constantly interrupted, unable to advertise my stuff without getting called a "baby" for getting admins involved or just generally harassed like "no one wants to buy my shit" or just shit talk in general. I was getting interrupted by go yayo and Anub (Anub muted me due to the drama but refuses to unmute me and/or stop interrupting my ads), and harassed by Anub, peter, and Supreme. I'm tired of being harassed on this server and not being able to advertise because of some drama that I intended on dropping entirely. This shouldn't be tolerated.

you continued the drama today, not to mention I have you muted, (as you have stated), so I have no idea when you are advertising, so any interruptions are accidental and stopped as soon as I become aware that I am doing them. I didn't make a report about it or the things you called me in dms, as they weren't relevant to skial or really warranting a report.

Now that it has become a skial issue, i believe using this kind of language toward another user is, in fact, against the rules.

EDIT: I'm actually not interrupting in the first clip, and im not even in the second one. I don't know why I'm included in this report at all

I had no intention of continuing the drama today, until peter got his friend xtcase on to continue it with me. I have also asked people on the server multiple times to let you know I'm advertising so you would stop interrupting me, with you responding you have no respect for me and you don't care. I would have no issue with you client-side muting me IF you didn't interrupt my ads with other people informing you that I'm advertising.

I am also not denying the fact that those dms were between you and me, but that does NOT involve the server as that was in a private dm (EDIT: to add to this, I had someone add me from Skial's discord to call me the n word as well, with no punishment other than a warning on his end, due to it not involving the server as it was in a private dm, similar situation), and I tried apologizing to you, but I guess you didn't want to include those dms. I had blocked you so I do not have those dms anymore, however, I'd suggest you scroll up all the way and show the full story of those dms, instead of the dms you want to hide for the sake of the report. I already tried the only methods available to reclaim those dms to no avail, as I had blocked you.

I will add, I am willing to drop ALL OF THIS if you and the others are willing to quit harassing me and interrupting my ads for the sake of drama. It's annoying and it's against the rules either way.
 
I just realized that unfortunately there are no clips proving he was interrupting my ads, I skimmed through the clips I had from yesterday and today. However he was still involved in the harassment as shown in the first clip, and if word is taken into account, he has already stated in his previous statement that he had me muted anyways so he didn't know I was advertising.

Like I said, I never interrupted you on purpose, and if I knew you were advertizing, I stopped. The times I said I didn't care were when you were trying to pull me back into a situation. I had you muted for a reason.

We don’t use private DMs as evidence for any rule breaking.

As for the report, it’s impossible to tell if people were actually interrupting your trades or if they simply didn’t know what was going because they had you muted. In the clip you provided, it didn’t sound like anyone was acknowledging you while you were talking.

They were fully aware I was advertising. None of the other aside from Anub has me muted, hence why you saw them harassing me before. Go yayo was also interrupting my ads at the end of the clip, which serves as a basis. I don't have other clips, but there were some witnesses such as Brook (SteamID: [U:1:134352966]). I also wouldn't go this far with a report if they just didn't acknowledge me talking.
 
I don't think joking around at someone's expense breaks a specific rule. you could always just mute me if there's a problem.
