Declined Anti- Extremely poor ping prevention?

There's nothing in place for people with always bad ping. There was someone with a constant ping of above 500 that never dropped below 400 and was borderline unhittable with the amount of lag-teleportation and it just wasn't fun :|

That's what he's saying, other servers have an autokick plugin for players like this.

It took me so long to find a server that did not auto-kick me. (Skial)
My ping is usually 200-600 :p
