Nobody who posted here have one tiny bit of say whether you get admin or not, their posts are completely ignored by the admin team. You need the server regulars to vouch for you here, to be known by forum regulars or to have a forum account at all is absolutely indefferent to your application.

Get people from your server who you play a lot to come here and share their opinion about you.

You too pal.

So I should basically force them to sign up on the forums and vouch for me?

Once again...

CONNECTION TIME IS NOT A HARD AND FAST MEASUREMENT FOR CONSIDERATION!!!

That being said... You should be known by the regulars. We should get to know your character. You have more connection time than *I* did when I became an admin. However, I was well known by the regulars and was part of the community.

Here's a real consideration...

Do people miss you when you're not on the server?

Can you act like a grownup that knows how to pull up his own big boy pants?

Will you be fair and enforce the rules without personal feelings tainting your judgement? That one is key. Just disliking somebody doesn't give you reason to ban him. There are a few people I actively dislike who've never had a ban. There are a few people I LOVE who I've actually had to give temp bans to. Hell, I even gave a warning point to an admin here on the forum!!! The rules apply to everybody and can't be overenforced or underenforced.

Yay, I got a voucher.
