Came onto US Turbine and started speaking racial slurs and comments. Proceeded to spam the vote menu and gagged others players. When trying to ban him the server didn't do anything. I was live streaming onto Twitch when he started to say the racial comments. He is from the EU apparently

Here is my question, was the player silenced after you reviewed the report or before? If he was silenced before the review then he wasn't silenced because I have recent footage of him talking in voice chat saying racial slurs if that's the case. If it was done after you reviewed it then disregard what I said.

Ah got it. He was able to mute and gag me then proceeded to try to get a player named SUGGS gagged too. Does it show up on my profile on Skial?
