Amazon is actually going extremely crazy with it's deals recently. I mean, they were selling BF3 for only $7.50! ToysRUs too, were selling games like Diablo 3, Max Payne 3, WoW: Cata, loads of great games, for only $10 bucks.

It should be on the "Games" section of Amazon.com or somewhere on the front page. Starts Sunday.

Also, all the Steam Keys are for the individual game, so you CAN sell games by themselves.
