New Allow /nextmap and !nextmap to be used

Hi, I am quite concerned about how you can't type "/nextmap" or "!nextmap" to show the next map. Only "nextmap" works, why? This can be confusing for some people so I recommend you allow them to use / or !. Thanks!

This is a pretty needless change, I think the command is fine as is.

Now this is a good idea. I didn't know there was a "nextmap" command until now because every time I tried doing "/nextmap" it didn't work.
