Declined Allow deleting users own posts in trade forums

Hello,
In the trade forums, users are allowed to "Clean up" their own threads by deleting others posts, but cannot delete their own posts.

My thread, as an example, shows that I've hidden other peoples posts from view, but I can only edit the posts I've made, replying to people. It tends to build up and look messy. If there is a specific reason why I can't delete my own, thats fine, but if its an oversight, I think it would benefit trading here on skial.

I brought this up already while discussing somethings with some moderators and the response was
Due to issues surrounding members being able to delete their own posts, for the foreseeable future the ability will not be permitted. At some point a fix might come out though.

EDIT: Maybe that had to be bigger..

oh yea, I remember the potantial issue of trolls abusing this

and it's probably not possible to implement it only in the trade forum or provide a moderator queue for requesting post-removal

Not sure if it's possible, but they could allow it by forum rank and demoe anyone who abuses it or only promote people who have proven themselves to be trustworthy.
