On Skial servers, lately it seems that when all talk is on there are frequently arrogant players who don't want anyone to speak at all, or at least not if it's the other team. Many times in the last week or so I've joined a server, made a comment, or even just said "Hi", and I was immediately told to "Shut the f*ck up". Any comments after that were met with the same thing. Today after the third time, I couldn't help but respond with an angry retort, something like "Lick my nutsack". Normally I try to stay civil and take things in stride, but outright hostility for no reason tends to irritate me. Did I miss a rule change? Are we no longer allowed to speak when all talk is on? Frankly, I became a donor to skial, and stayed that way, because of the low azzhole quotient compared to many other server groups. Since the ratio of idiots to good players seems to be on the rise, and it's not fun to play TF2 in complete silence, I guess I'll just start playing other servers when the punks are out.
