Need Help Advertisement sound!

is there a possible chance that the advertisement volume could be lowered
when I have most of my sound volume turned down and a game ends and out of the bloom a loud noise appears and it's always the tf2 advertisements, on which, it can be very annoying!

So I'm just asking is there a way to turn it down?

There is a mute button on the ad, but aside from that, no.

Maybe hit the mute button on your keyboard for a moment when you see the motd start loading?
