Admins abusing power (Didn't like my teleporter)

I got banned for a day because the admin didn't like the location of my teleporter as an Engineer. He kept calling me useless so I said "If you don't like where it leads walk to where you want to go."So I took down the teleporter for a moment. And he banned me for a day. You should make sure your admins don't abuse their power. Someone started a voteban and called it "TheNoobThatWas was voteban abusing." The vote failed, but I got banned anyway.

Also why would he start a voteban? He could just ban you. That part smells fishy to me.
 
You were griefing with two admins and several regulars on server telling you that you put your tele in an extremely bad and useless spot and then you just spitefully destroyed it.

Well someone did, and they said I was voteban griefing. Only two or three people voted Yes on the ban, but I got banned anyway.

Take away that part where you said Creeping started the vote if you don't even know if it was him.
Also he can ban you even if the vote fails
