Sadly this thread was a trainwreck from the start, so the rest of the thread kinda followed suit. Wrong section, didn't follow the format initially, then when he did he left out required answers.

What I would do, if my phone's browser would allow me, is move this to Admin Applications, since that IS what this is, and then keep an eye on it to see if it goes out of control and I have to lock it. So far it's close but not quite there.
