Improve admin for skial server application

Dyslectic, he told me

If he is dyslexic then he probably wouldn't be a good admin. He could mistakenly switch numbers and ban the wrong person with a dozen more things that could go wrong.

And his ban question is wrong

He may be a great guy I just don't think he would be competent enough to be admin

Well if he is dyslexic and not a foreign english speaker that changes things a little, such as reasons stated by bluehawk.

However, let me ask you this OP. Why is it that you want to be an admin? Why do you want to apply? Do you think there isn't enough coverage on the servers you play on or do you think that you'd just like to help out? Just help me and everyone else understand a bit on why we should consider you.
