so alter the rules so that it becomes clear so that from this day forth; no petty squabbles such as these have to come forth anymore. and then you could possibly enforce a rule that restricts people to insult sexuality (something that is also considered very offensive in this day and age), and then argue anyone who calls someone gay is a bible-humping homophobe.

my opinion is that "nigga" isn't as offensive as "nigger", if offensive at all. but i would have to enforce the rules because despite my own feelings towards the word; other people do have different feelings towards the word. it's just a courtesy of respect for one another. i got message from other mods that it's okay to warn first if the context is more jovial than hateful, then enforce bans if the person keeps at it. but somehow this clashes with the "zero tolerancy"-thing.

this has nothing to do with 'hierarchy', I am basically stating that people have been here longer than you, and have a better judgement to what is racist and what isn't. Admins wouldn't be admins if they didn't understand the rules
