Any other reason you should be admin:
I Trade on Skial Trade NY everyday, I've been trading for about three years now, I always help people, middle man spy crabs and battles of any kind. I think I could be a huge help to the players of Skial.​
 
Considering your chat is nothing but trade offers and your app has two sentences, you're not really giving us very many reasons as to why we should trust you with admin commands.
 
I would much rather talk to an admin for something on the lines of an interview, but i know that that is most likely not going to happen.

Kyle is an admin.
Besides that, private "interviews" do not occur and one admin does not decide if you will make it.
It's the community's feedback followed by the admins, and if most of us approve then you will most likely make it.
I recommend looking at some other admin applications (mainly accepted ones) to see how the process works.

Also, just to let you know, as an admin you should be active on the forums to take care of reports and will need to be on more servers than Trade NY.
Good job on getting the ban command right though.

I understand, I've been an admin on other servers as well as owning and co-owning Garry's Mod servers. I'm just not the best at communicating through typing. But I appreciate the feedback and thank you for your time. The only reason I mostly play the New York server is because everyone knows me on that server and again thank you for your time.

As has been said previously, this is more of a community vote. The more folks who come by and support you on this app, the more likely we will look into considering you. This is also why we don't hold Skype interviews, since it shuts out the community during the reviewing and decision process.

Mature and a good trader. Played with him a lot of times on the server and he'd make a good admin.

What I meant by "talk" was voice chat or something, sorry for the mix up. and yes I know that Kyle is an admin. I always have the list of admins open for when little kids say "I'm an admin" so i can inform the server that that isn't true.
 
I would also like to add that one of the main reasons I want to be an admin is because I never see any admins on the NY trade server, and sometimes one is needed extremely badly. I've told some of the everyday players of the NY trade server that I've applied, and they said and I quote "Good luck, It's almost impossible, but I think it would be awesome to finally have an admin on this server."

And yet there are no reports posted by you on the forums, nor any attempts to pass one in your server chatlogs. I don't understand.
 
I only ever use voice chat to defuse a situation, people normally listen to me on trade New York, and If they don't they normally get muted.

I don't like the fact that you don't report and if "you cant diffuse a situation they get muted". Arguing is allowed, unless it breaks our rules.

If no one ever tells us that things need to dealt with on trade, either through forum reports or pm, how are we supposed know to come down and deal with it? I've had people from trade in the past complain to me that no admins are ever on and that rules get broken constantly, but these same people never made a single report or vote report when they're on trade. It's like political voting in real life where if you don't do your part in managing the community/policies via voting, then you essentially rescind your right to complain about them. If you want trade to be better off when you're on then you should be an active community member in the administration aspect and make reports and inform admins, rather than just ask for admin commands outright.
 
Hello.

For now, -1 for the following reasons:
  • To me, you don't seem to be familiar with the system.
  • The fact that you never reported or even tried to do so, although you complain about the lack of admins (which is understandable on a trade server: seriously, who wants to police a trade server).
  • The app is quite neglected in my opinion.

    What do you mean by situation? If it's a debate then it's allowed.

  • As was already said, your chat is only trades so we cannot really determine how trustworthy you are merely by looking at your logs.
My opinion is subject to change based on what may arise in the near (?) future, which is why I can suggest getting regs to come and support you, this could surely help.

I've tried in the past to be on trade. I do think both servers, the ny and us, are very hostile environments and tough to manage because the rules are a little bit different. However, the easiest way to both let admins know about rule breakers and keep them off is to report them. Empty complaining does not help the problem. You need to report to help us help you
