The three of your answers are wrong, as partially stated by Zebra.
#1. Second offense is not 1 week. It is 3 days.
#2. You don't start with a 1 week ban.
#3. Already answered by Zebra.

You might seem nice but you are not admin material (yet?).

PS. @TapTap got a question wrong on his app too, so I don't know where he is coming from with this "not admin material" thing. Seems highly hypocritical to me.

yeah about that ban/silence timing, i did a little research about it and couldn't really find when to use certan ban/silence time, i have read this in Admin info thread: Use longer ban times based on the seriousness of the offense, or if the person plays rarely and would not be affected by a short ban time.

however, as the answers come i have more clear view of this, about the last thing you said, i hope i can proove you wrong :3 lets say i get accepted, ofcourse i would not start banning/silencing people right away, i would ask for some advices from other admins on the stuff to make some things more clear that i couldn't find the answers to, i'm a fast learner, self confident and i'm sure i can get the job done. it a bit hard to know every detail of admin job without being one, however i have read everything avilabe to answer the questions correctly, the timing thing was a bit unclear for me but, i can get the hang of it ^^

+1 Yes your ban times were a little off but that is easy enough to remedy. Just look over the threads to get more familiar with our ban lengths and such. I am sure you will get that down before the next class of admins are accepted. Along with checking out report sections and seeing how other admins handle/punish rule breakers.

[U:1:32604711] calls a vote on [U:1:197433820] who has been spawn camping for over an extended period of time, what action would you take?

[U:1:111895085] is on sniper and is aimbotting, but he has also found a way to get under the map itself; what do you do?

Take extra time on these questions, really think about them and act as if you were an admin in these scenarios.

since spawncamping is not aginst the rules, user is Abusing the vote system, if first offense: sm_silence "#[U:1:32604711]" 1440 "votemenu abuse"

i belive skial has zero tolerance for cheaters, a perament ban would suit the situation, sm_ban "#[U:1:111895085]" 0 "aimbot" also would record a demo for evidence.

There's a reason why I gave you specific steam ID's. Instead of the usual 1 step scenario, I expected you to check their previous bans/silences so you could adjust the ban/silences accordingly (that's why I told you to really think about the questions, and act as an admin) . You failed in doing so, but I don't expect many people to take the time to do that. Apart from that, you're right.

aw man this was a mean trick question >:/ you can belive me i did think about the questions but didnt really expect a real profiles since i only saw admins asking for those 1 step scenarios and just feelt like this is just another one, well, i hope for now you are atleast satisfied with the questions being correct, i even knew admins are supposed to check previous bans since there is a ban/silence database, didnt just came to my mind that i should check it but thats it heh.

why wouldn't you just adjust the ban/silence in sourcebans instead of wasting time

Still interested? You could use some server regulars' support, if you still are.

+1 mature, friendly, and would be a good presence on a server. I had the same problems with punishment lengths as well, but I believe you have learned from your mistake and you would use the correct time in a real scenario which is all that matters

You should probably update the skial stats link on your application as it is currently outdated. Start to work that play time back up as well, that is very important.
