Improve Admin App: T⋀TΞ™

-1. I really just don't like you. You did not make any significant improvements over the one month span between your last app and this app. While it would be great to have an admin in the timezone you are in, I do not believe you are the one we need to fill that void.
Some more thoughts behind my reasoning:
-You have not made a single forum-created report or submitted a single /report. While it's great that you say that you tell Cream Tea and D3xus about rulebreakers, it is sad that they haven't even supported your application. If you were so helpful in their eyes, I am sure they would have.
-Maxwell, whom has played with you in the past, gave you a solid -1, and a -1 from an admin who has actually played with you on your most active server is a real negative in my opinion.
-Your stats page shows you using the votemenu a lot, and I am just not so sure that all of those are actually justified.
-Your stats page also shows you doing /report twice this week, yet not choosing a selection and continuing on in the report process. Maybe you think we'll see that and think you're doing reports, but we all know it will show something like "/report RMSniper [U:1:39099874] freekill" if you actually went through the whole process.
-Actually, one final point: You say you are going to university this fall (meaning within the next month or so). Most college freshmen don't understand the workload that college is. It's a lot different from high school/regular school. Unless you have chosen a dumb major, you're going to be very busy, on top of if you choose to leave your dorm/house/apartment and engage in a social life. I just don't think we will know yet how much time you will really have to devote to Skial yet, as you have not started yet.
Those are my main points and are why I am giving you a big -1.

-Lastly, and this is more of a con in my book versus a community-wide con, you only play jailbreak, and that's it. It would be nice to see you actually branch out during your application process and attempt to join other servers (especially the regular ones) and meet people or just show that you can do something other than jailbreak. If you consider that CT and D3xus really only play JB, we really don't need you if the only thing you can do is JB, when admins are expected to do everything. Some effort on your part in branching out would have been great. You have only ONE HOUR on our regular/vanilla tf servers total. How do I even know you could handle reports for the regular servers?

While I agree with every other point, i'd like to add the /report command does not work in jailbreak.
