Try bringing some regular support here.
▪ I say a racist slur on the mic. I have 3 previous offenses. What do you do?
▪ KillerZebra threatens to DDoS your favourite skial server. What do you do?
▪ You join a server, you see a voteban for hacking going on. It fails by 1 vote, which irritates the server. They confirm the guy is hacking and ask you to ban him. What do you do?

▪ I'd try and figure out is why is he threatening DDoS by messaging him and perhaps inviting him to speak privately in the Skial Teamspeak. He may be upset at another player or the way an issue was handled on another server. He may just be venting. So first thing is to determine why he feels this way and see if I can help resolve the issue. Also I will warn the person that threatening DDoS is a serious matter. Most DDoS threats are empty threats as a result of being upset. Will also document the threat. Finally, Ill give the player a 1 day ban.

I'd like to see the command for the first one.
Second question is incorrect.
For the third one, you do not need to make reports as an admin. You only need to store the demo file somewhere in case said person appeals.

Command in #1 does not silence.
Please be consistent and type the command for #2.
Let's say you join and see him cheating. Please type all the steps to take starting the moment you join the server.

I would like another opportunity to prove myself to the admins. Quiz me again and I'll take my time with the answers. I had sloppy answers due to working three 16 hour shifts back to back during the interview. No sleep makes it difficult to answer questions. I'm sure you guys will be more than satisfied with my answers.

Whined at me for using my donator benefits in the idle server just now.
It's the idle server. It's not a legit game. It's not even a game. You just go there to either idle, fuck around, or trade. That is why these benefits are restricted to the idle/trade servers. I do not think any admin here would try to make a contributor feel bad about using the privileges they get for donating because then that makes them not want to donate again.
During the time I was using my benefits before you joined, I was suggesting that all of the players go the opposite team and fight me. Kinda like a kill the juggernaught thing from Halo to even the odds while still giving me a fun fight.
Trying to defend it by, "telling it how it is" by assuming that I'm 13 and, "Everyone here thinks you're an idiot." (Not in that exact context of the conversation, but these are exact quotes) is childish and it shows me your true colors. I understand that you were doing it in the name of defending the server, but here's the thing:
I gave the server money. I didn't do it for the benefits, I didn't do it for gratitude. I did it because this server network has standards and I like that. However this doesn't mean I can't enjoy the benefits I get. You think that trying to tell off the people who like the server enough to give it money is helping the server? If I were actually doing something wrong this wouldn't even be a post, but I wasn't, and you want to be an admin for this server network?

You may not have exactly said that I can't do it or that I shouldn't which was your little way to justify yourself there, but no matter how you worded it, or how you spin it, you said what you were gonna say with your own words and not the words of the entire server. You were whining about it and trying to tell me otherwise makes you a liar.
People who try to start shit with others when they know that they're in the spotlight does not deserve the position in my opinion. Lack of professionalism especially during a time when they should be on their best behavior.

Slander? Really? I got mad at you? Laughable. No, literally. Did you not hear me laughing most of the time I was on the server? I was killing everyone, and switching teams every so often to keep things fresh. You kept killing me. I acknowledged it, but you seemed to take me acknowledging and laughing about my deaths, "getting mad".
I suggested the game to people but I wasn't angry about people not, "falling into my little plan" as it were. You were speaking directly to me, not to some other person. I told you that I don't feel bad about using my donator perks. You said that "everyone there thinks you're an idiot." Normally I wouldn't give two shits, but you're someone applying to be an admin.
As for trading with you. So what? I wanted metal. You wanted a card. It doesn't change anything about my above post. Hell, I posted it before we even did the trade.

Also I did not say that I like to go on Idle servers to use my donator perks as if that's a thing I usually do. It was my first time using it. I told you that I was using them for a while. You took that to mean that I've been doing it since the day I donated when all I meant was that I was on them for like an hour.

First off, let's not cause a shit storm. Tayto, you told your side of the story. So let's leave it at that. Symptom, arguing with someone on your admin application reflects badly on you. Trust me, I would know. Anyways, I'm going to have to say -1 after all this. If you two want to argue some more, I would strongly suggest doing it somewhere else.
The app is marked improve you guys. Leaving -1's at this point is unnecessary since its already marked improve and he has to wait (I believe roughly about 2-3 months, another admin correct me if I'm wrong) before reapplying.
