No. I'm going to mark this application off.

First of all, you couldn't take the time to find the application form - which would've been super easy if you put any effort in to it. Putting aside the fact that it is on the front page of the forums, you didn't even search for it. Secondly, you didn't read any of the information in the admin application section. I can safely say this because of how poorly your application is written. Thirdly, most of your chat log is almost bad enough to be considered spam. Finally, your application itself was made with minimal effort, probably because you just want admin and likely have little interest in helping the community.
