Since you wanted to know:
- Didn't link to your HLstats
- No time zone listed
- Ban command is wrong
- You applied zero effort to your app
- You don't meet the time requirement
- Your chatlog is ridiculous (personal opinion)

How does making a new one solve anything. You still would not qualify in any way.
Command is still wrong, your time is still not telling us anything, you dont have 10 days in skial servers, your reason to be admin is weak, you have only 83 hours in Tf2.

And if you act like a 6 year old who did not get what he wanted then I would say you would be a horrible admin.
