Well first of all you go to your console and type "status" this will show you a list of all the steam ids on your current server, Then i shall find my Steam ID and copy it, Then i will type sm_ban

Yeah, I'd say the biggest issue is him currently being on a month gag.

Also technically the command's wrong anyway because the question asks how to ban yourself for THIRTY MINUTES, not permanent.
