Any other reason you should be admin:
I ran an achievement pharm server from 2009-2013. Not enough interest so turned it into an achievement weapon pharm server till present. People can go on here to level up their strange weapons. The server runs itself, no babysitting needed. To be an admin on a Skial server the number one rule is to never advertise other servers, even though mines is leveling weapon server...its not allowed. Keeping the server full would have to be second. Hacking, any form, will be dealt with right away. Most basic bans would be around 30 min. Very rare would a banid 0 be needed.
Anyhow, I'm very familiar with cvar commands. Most commands can be done through "sm_admin" window. Admins must be respected, which means they earn the respect. I've been an admin for 7 years now. I do enjoy your Texas fast server Dustbowl. I live in Texas so the ping is great. The server is always busy...sometimes have trouble getting on. I hope to be considered for admin on one of your servers. Thank you.

-1 Your reason for being admin shows very basic lack of understanding of how we work. i.e. "Most basic bans would be around 30 min." That's just one example. There's several others throughout the app.

You also don't sound very knowledgeable about sourcemod considering parts of your app.

Also, why are Badwater and Goldrush on your app for servers you play on? Not seeing any evidence of you actively playing on those servers lately.

I've seen you before, your name does sound familiar. That ugod character had to be hacking. Yes, it gave me the inspiration to apply for admin so these types of hackers are banned as needed. If I were an admin he would have gotten tossed out for 30 min or reported to be added to sourcebans.
The other servers were just suggested maps (servers) I could admin on. They werent any particular one's I play consistantly except the Texas one.
You are correct about sourcemod. I don't know how to write code for plugins. I do know how to add plugins and use them via console. This wouldnt be something admins would do though I wouldnt think as the owner of the servers would be in control of that. Thanks for listening.

Ugod plays UGC. If you believe someone is hacking (which I think is very unlikely in this case, but regardless), please record a demo and make a report on our forums.

But... I really can't say specifically what you're wrong about, but I think your lack of preparation for your app speaks volumes!

EDIT: "The other servers were just suggested maps (servers) I could admin on." - Just in case you apply again, know that applying for admin means applying for admin on all servers. So, I'd hope you'd admin on more than just those that interest you!

On Skial, punishments are scaled depending on the prior number of admin-issued punishments that account has. You can't just boot someone for 30mins if they break a rule, you have to either verbally warn them or issue ban or gag for the right amount of time via Sourcebans. There's a system for how things work here.
