Why does becoming an admin mean quite a bit to you? Other than helping improve the gameplay, and all of the usual responses. Why do YOU want to be an admin?

Gives me a sense of belonging, a chance to do right by others, an opportunity to prove my worth to the community.

All very common answers. Give me a reason that no one else would give me, give me how you really feel. When was the moment you finally decided to apply, that you figured you could actually get admin. What were the reasons you started even thinking about it. Etc.

Don't give me vague, give me specifics.

I don't understand what you guys exactly want from an applicant's chat logs. They aren't applying to a senior position in a banking firm, it's TF2. Swearing really doesn't matter, at all. Unless they're spamming curse words in every message they send I don't find it immature, it's not exactly that bad of a thing.

The porn links are strange but still not anything to be up in arms about. I've yet to see someone make a formal complaint about an admin cursing or spraying some furry porn or whatever weird things the staff does, because the average player

1.) Won't even know you're an admin
2.) Doesn't care

Anyways, Pizza plays quite a bit on the LA 2Fort server and she is respectable and the regulars find her pleasant, which I think is very positive. I'll leave my +1 here, see you around!

When i say "using foul language" i'm talking about her using her mic, because she uses her mic most of the time. It wouldn't be very pleasant to hear that type of language coming out of an admin's mouth constantly. I have no problem with her chat log. But then again, she said she's gonna improve, so we'll see.

However, i do have a problem with her having a problem with delta people, as you can see here:

To me, it really seems like you think everyone in delta is a jerk in general, which isn't true. Some are, some aren't. You gotta have a thick skin and client mute the ones who annoy you and not make a drama out of it. Simple as that.

I also saw in your chat that you tried to vote ban or vote silence someone for being a troll or having an attitude. That would be considered vote abuse. I suggest you read up on the server rules.

For me atm a -1 You cant silence / ban someone as they call you a Fag or something stupid like(From the chat logs at least it seems only reason) that you have to have a THICK skin i been called a nazi admin((for silencing his m8 saying the n word) and been insulted over an hour because i was playing sniper and kept killing this one guy i just ignored or laugh taunted when i got him.

But as said above it would be considered vote abuse

As much as I was delighted to see your name pop up on here, from everything I just saw, I can't give you my vote for this. It really helps to know and understand the rules, or even talk to an admin if you need clarification. Calling a vote to mute/kick locks everyone in the server's 1-3 keys until they vote or the vote times out so you should only be calling those when you KNOW they're breaking the rules.

I really like you, Pizza and I think you're awesome to hang out with on Turbine. I don't see you as an admin though at least not until you've improved yourself. -1

Marking improve. I had given that +1 hoping you'd improve your attitude and mature but there's more swearing from you than there would be if a Jerma is mad pt. 4 came out. Either out of pure rage or you're putting someone down, definitely not admin material. Apply again once you've fixed this.

I agree with Sargent, all you need to do Pizza is improve your appearance, if that's the right word to use. Don't swear all the time, don't be immature and rage over silly if not any things. A good admin can keep calm in any situation.
