If you stopped bitching about getting dumb ratings every single time, then maybe people wouldn't be giving you shit in the first place.

For now, I'm going to put +1. Besides that little thing at the very top, there's really nothing that shows people you can't be a capable admin. Even then, Luke already explained all that so that's not an issue. Good luck.

Although he has a few edgy messages in the chat, he knows the rules fully and is very friendly and helpful.

Honestly I don't think a few jokes should stop him getting the position. We've all done silly things at one stage as admins and we learn.

Pedro would make a great admin as I have never seen him break a rule and is real fun to have in any server.

I know Pedro jokes around and has a toxic history chat, but at the same time he knows the rules. He knows these damn rules better than some admins. He's made constant reports and been a helping hand in this community. I think he'd make an perfect fit as an admin. +1

Yes, you can be a little cocky and brash at points. You're not always mister nice guy (both to new people and old). But you have an affinity for being level headed when it's needed most, and you're smarter than most other people I've met.

From what I recall, he wouldn't be baiting people into breaking the rules since discussion of racial slurs such as the answer to this question is the only exception.

So if somebody were to answer by saying the n-word, It would not have been acted upon in that context.

After reviewing a lot of things, I really don't see any reason to -1 this app.
  • The chat issue brought to our attention by Courtney is resolved. A moderator was there and Pedro did not break any rules.
  • His chat log shows no signs of rage or bad attitude.
  • He has great language choice and doesn't use offensive language often (at least not recently).
  • His behavior is overall great.
  • He's been reporting rule breakers and server problems frequently for quite some time.
  • He's already starting to establish good relationships with Skial staff.
  • He has a large number of hours and overwhelmingly small AFK time. (1,145 hours of playtime, 38.5 of it AFK)
  • He has a lot of friends from the Skial community.
  • He's in a timezone that Skial could use some staff in.
His chat log may have some content in it that isn't necessarily professional, but by no means does it break the rules. In my opinion he is more than mature enough to become an admin. He speaks like a normal player who's having fun and joking around every here and there. Being an admin doesn't mean you have to act like you're in a courtroom.

Besides, when given a position of responsibility, people will generally start to filter their words better anyways, especially knowing that their position is elected by others and could be jeopardized by poor behavior.

Nice app, but you aren't a special snowfalke, niether am i, rules are rules, Bating people to break them (and then maybe reporting them) is a bit of a dick move, even as a "joke" and i have to agree to fairnessplease, you have a history of dumb rating people, and me aswell, and it makes you look like a huge dick, because when people come to see my profile they will look at the negative points and think i am some scammer or something, be nice to people so they can be nice to you, respect to be respected, and please, don't express your feelings with emoji's, kinda makes you look weak (after all no one wants to be the next courtney)

You're bringing something up that has already been explained and resolved, I have no doubt you are doing this simply because after Pedro and I warned you many times that friendlying is a bannable offence, after which you still continued to do so, Pedro made a report which resulted in you getting banned and you are now attempting to get back at him. As well as you saying he has a history of dumb rating people including yourself, I've went through your posts and was unable to find a post which he dumb rated you, and seen as you only have 9 dumb ratings, which most come from your appeal, I'd like it if you could point me to where he dumb rated you continuously and without any reason to do so.

Thank you for the valid points, Deadport. If everyone else could stick to + or -1, rather than making this a character attack, that would be great. You won't find a single admin whom has not dumb rated someone in the past, so these are not valid reasons to dislike or like an app. Let's just keep it all relevant to their knowledge, professionalism, and ability (or lack thereof) to be a good admin. :blush:

+1 this dude is a great guy to know and is an excellent map maker. he is always the one who knows how to get back in control when things are going awry
